4. Reserved seat tickets (please use Alishan Easy Go or Chiayi County Bus Reservation System)  
(1) Tickets can be reserved up to 31 days in advance (excluding the travel date). Example: After 00:00 on March 1, tickets for April 1 can be purchased.  
(2) Reservation scope:  
Departure: From TRA Chiayi Station/THSR Chiayi Station to Alishan Station  
Return: From Alishan Station to TRA Chiayi Station/THSR Chiayi Station  
Other stops are not available for reservation.  
(3) Reserved seat tickets are valid only from the departure station. If passengers fail to board, seats will not be held at intermediate stops.  
(4) If unable to take the reserved bus, passengers may queue for standby boarding on other buses on the same day.  
(5) Refund policy: Refunds must be processed no later than one day before departure (extended to the next day in case of natural disasters).  
(6) Passengers with reserved tickets must check in with the driver using the QR code at least 10 minutes before departure. If not checked in by 5 minutes before departure, seats will be released to standby passengers.  

1. There are full tickets and half tickets. All day return tickets are offered at discount prices already. Apologize for no further discount.
2. Half tickets are available to:
household registrations outside Chiayi County、Chiayi City，Senior citizens at the age of 65 or above, with ROC ID cards or Senior Citizen Cards
(2)household registrations outside Chiayi County、Chiayi City ，Holders of Disabled Cards. Must ride with a guardian or a partner.
(3) Holders of Disabled Cards. Must ride with a guardian or a partner.
(4) Children below 12 years old at height of 115cm and below 150cm can purchase half tickets with valid IDs.
3.Free:
(1)For senior citizens at or over 65 years old with household registration in Chiay County, holders of honor bus pass, or people with disability card, they can ride on buses for free with valid identifications.
(2)Children at the height of 115cm or below or children below 6 years old but at the height above 115cm are allowed to ride on the buses free with valid IDs. They are allowed to occupy seats. But they must be accompanied by adults with valid tickets. Each adults with valid ticket are allowed to take two children that are eligible to ride on the buses free. All children exceeding the requirements must purchase half tickets.

1. Baggage/Luggage Policy: Due to the different structure of commuter bus compartments compared to tour buses, the luggage space is limited. It is recommended for passengers to avoid carrying multiple or oversized luggage items as there may be insufficient space. If luggage cannot fit, passengers may need to keep it beside their seats, which might affect the quality of the journey. Your cooperation is appreciated, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2. As from today, the boarding location for the "Alishan Station" will be changed from the 7-11 sales office of the Alishan Forest Recreation Area to the Alishan Transit Station (right diagonal to the ticket booth at the entrance of Alishan).
3. As from today, the holiday transit location for the Taiwan Trip Alishan AB Route (7329, 7322 Chiayi - Alishan) that goes around Fengqihu will be changed to the 1st car park (200m from the former [Fengqihu Terminal Station]). The departure time during weekdays remains unchanged from the Fengqihu bus shelter.
4. Taiwan Trip-Board and get off from the Alishan AB Route at the "Transit Platform" of the Alishan Forest Recreation Area.
5. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Alishan Forest Recreation Area except from the toll station of main gate to the 1st control post, residential area of Xianglin Village, and outdoor smoking areas (hinterland outside 1F of Alishan House, hinterland outside 5F of Alishan House, hinterland next to the public toilet of Shouzhen Temple, behind Alishan Gou Hotel, and hinterland next to the public toilet of Zhushan Station bus shelter) to maintain environmental quality. Violators will be fined with NTD$2000 to $10000 according to article 31 of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act.

Where to Board: 

1. TRA Chiayi Railway Station → Take Taiwan Tourist Shuttle's Alishan Route B (board in front of the train station), Ruili Route (bus stop across the road from the railway station). 
2. THSR Chiayi Station (Exit 2, Platform 7) → Board Taiwan Tourist Shuttle's Alishan Route A. 
3. THSR Chiayi Station (Exit 2) → Take Chiayi BRT Express Bus to TRA Chiayi Railway Station (25 minutes) → Transfer to Taiwan Tourist Shuttle's Alishan Route B or Ruili Route.
