*Passengers using electronic fare media are not eligible for online reservations or telephone seat bookings. Please visit the Kenting Express ticket counter on the day of travel to reserve your departure and collect a Trip Reservation Card. To ensure your preferred departure, please reserve your trip as early as possible.

1. The Kenting Express Service Counter at Zuoying High Speed Rail Station Exit 2: Standing tickets are not available as Kenting Express runs on expressways. In accordance with the ""Regulations on Highway and Expressway Traffic Control,” large passenger vehicles driving on expressways and highways must not have standing passengers. To ensure seats are available for passengers boarding the bus from THSR Zuoying Station, passengers of the following categories must reserve seats and receive the seat reservation card at the service counter.
(1) Cash purchases (Round-trip and one-way ticket)
(2) e-ticket: Easy card, iPASS, iCash 
(3) Buy tickets via ibon
(4) Tour agencies

Important Reminders:
1. To ensure seating availability, you are encouraged to book your ticket in advance through the official site.
* For onward journeys, please present your QR Code at Platform 2 to board the shuttle bus. You do not need to check-in at the service counter.
* Return Trip: Please wait for the bus at your reserved boarding stop and present your ticket QR code when boarding.
2. Electronic tickets are restricted to one person per card. To avoid your card being locked out, please check that you have sufficient balance remaining. Tap your card when you board. .

1. There are full tickets and half tickets. All day return tickets are offered at discount prices already. Apologize for no further discount.
2. Half tickets are available to:
(1)Senior citizens at the age of 65 or above, with ROC ID cards or Senior Citizen Cards
(2)Holders of Disabled Cards. Must ride with a guardian or a partner.
(3) Children below 12 years old at height of 115cm and below 150cm can purchase half tickets with valid IDs.
3. Free:
(1)Children at the height of 115cm or below or children below 6 years old but at the height above 115cm are allowed to ride on the buses free with valid IDs.

(2)They are allowed to occupy seats. But they must be accompanied by adults with valid tickets. Each adults with valid ticket are allowed to take two children that are eligible to ride on the buses free. All children exceeding the requirements must purchase half tickets.

4.“Transportation fares are paid using electronic tickets (EasyCard, iPASS, etc.). Please be sure to tap your card when boarding and alighting to avoid card suspension.” If the card cannot be used during boarding, please complete the fare payment as soon as possible using other methods (e.g., purchasing a ticket with cash) to avoid affecting other boarding passengers.

1.During summer or peak holiday periods (including Saturdays and Sundays), the Kenting Street Night Market often temporarily closes the streets to ensure visitor safety. During this time, various vehicles are prohibited from entering. When the streets are closed, please board at Kenting Archway or Xiaowan Bus Stops. You can directly inquire about street closures from the night market vendors or the on-duty police officers at the Kenting Police Station. 

2.During summer vacation and consecutive holidays (including Saturdays and Sundays), traffic conditions on routes between Kaohsiung and Dapeng Bay are highly susceptible to delays caused by road conditions and weather. Traffic congestion or slow-moving traffic may occur. (The Dapeng Bay–Liuqiu Express operates on a circular schedule; if the previous bus arrives late, the following departure will also be delayed.) For passengers who have reserved Taiwan High Speed Rail return tickets, to avoid potential delays caused by the above conditions, it is strongly recommended to depart for the northbound return journey 2–3 hours earlier to ensure a smooth trip.

During summer and consecutive holidays (including Saturdays and Sundays), the routes between Kaohsiung and Kenting are susceptible to traffic and weather conditions, leading to traffic congestion or slow-moving traffic (as the Kenting Express Line operates on a circular schedule, delays in one departure may affect subsequent departures). If you have booked tickets for your return trip to board the High-Speed Rail (HSR) and to avoid the aforementioned impacts, it is strongly recommended to board your return trip northward 2 to 3 hours in advance to ensure a smooth journey throughout.
