1. For passengers using electronic tickets, online booking and telephone reservation of seats are not accepted, please go to the counter of Kenting Express on the day of the ride to reserve a seat.

1. The Kenting Express Service Counter at Zuoying High Speed Rail Station Exit 2: Standing tickets are not available as Kenting Express runs on expressways. In accordance with the "Regulations on Highway and Expressway Traffic Control,” large passenger vehicles driving on expressways and highways must not have standing passengers. To ensure seats are available for passengers boarding the bus from THSR Zuoying Station, passengers of the following categories must reserve seats and receive the seat reservation card at the service counter.
(1) Cash purchases (Round-trip and one-way ticket)
(2) e-ticket: Easy card, iPASS, iCash 
(3) Buy tickets via ibon
(4) Tour agencies
2. On the bus: For bus stops other than “THSR Zuoying" and "Hengchun Bus Station", please line up to purchase tickets on board or swipe your electronic ticket (contactless card).

Important Reminders:
1. To ensure seating availability, you are encouraged to book your ticket in advance through the official site.
* For onward journeys, please present your QR Code at Platform 2 to board the shuttle bus. You do not need to check-in at the service counter.
* For return journeys, please present your QR Code while boarding at Xiaowan Station, Nanwan Station, or Hengchun Station.
2. Electronic tickets are restricted to one person per card. To avoid your card being locked out, please check that you have sufficient balance remaining. Tap your card when you board. .

*Friendly reminder: Travelers can present their QR Code or Seating Reservation Card to on-site staff at High Speed Zuoying Station Platform 2 and follow their instructions for boarding.

1. There are full tickets and half tickets. All day return tickets are offered at discount prices already. Apologize for no further discount.
2. Half tickets are available to:
(1)Senior citizens at the age of 65 or above, with ROC ID cards or Senior Citizen Cards
(2)Holders of Disabled Cards. Must ride with a guardian or a partner.
(3) Children below 12 years old at height of 115cm and below 150cm can purchase half tickets with valid IDs.
3. Free:
Children at the height of 115cm or below or children below 6 years old but at the height above 115cm are allowed to ride on the buses free with valid IDs. They are allowed to occupy seats. But they must be accompanied by adults with valid tickets. Each adults with valid ticket are allowed to take two children that are eligible to ride on the buses free. All children exceeding the requirements must purchase half tickets.

Starting from November 1, 2023, reservation shuttle services are available for "Seagull Rock (H Resort)" and "Long Beach Hotel". 

(1) Service Period: Available for reservation daily.

(2) Available Reservation Schedule: Four schedules are available for reservation daily:

1. From THSR Zuoying Station to Xiaowan (Southbound)/Reservation times available: "12:00" and "13:30"
2. From Xiaowan to THSR Zuoying Station (Northbound)/Reservation times available: "10:30" and "12:00"

(3) Ticket Type: Package Tour (Combo Ticket)

(4) Reservation Method: Travelers staying at "H Resort" and "Long Beach Hotel" can inquire about related services from the hotel.

(5) Special Note: As services from H Resort and Long Beach Hotel are available as a "partial reservation and shuttle service" model, only the mentioned four reserved schedules will make a stop (other Kenting Express Line services do not stop here). Hence, passengers taking the Kenting Express Line without a reservation or for general onsite waiting, please do not wait at the two mentioned stops (H Resort and Long Beach Hotel).

During summer or peak holiday periods (including Saturdays and Sundays), the Kenting Street Night Market often temporarily closes the streets to ensure visitor safety. During this time, various vehicles are prohibited from entering. When the streets are closed, please board at Kenting Archway or Xiaowan Bus Stops. You can directly inquire about street closures from the night market vendors or the on-duty police officers at the Kenting Police Station. 

During summer and consecutive holidays (including Saturdays and Sundays), the routes between Kaohsiung and Kenting are susceptible to traffic and weather conditions, leading to traffic congestion or slow-moving traffic (as the Kenting Express Line operates on a circular schedule, delays in one departure may affect subsequent departures). If you have booked tickets for your return trip to board the High-Speed Rail (HSR) and to avoid the aforementioned impacts, it is strongly recommended to board your return trip northward 2 to 3 hours in advance to ensure a smooth journey throughout.
