(2) Passengers can choose to board the bus using electronic ticketing (including mobile payments) or by paying the fare with cash. Payment should be made according to the announced fares and payment methods. Please present the fare when “boarding” and “alighting” (please prepare exact amount as no change will be given).
(3) The validity period of electronic tickets (including mobile payments) is limited to the duration specified in the sales and usage notice.

3. Please note:
(1) Passengers holding concession tickets are required to present valid identification or documents to verify their eligibility for the discount when requested. Passengers who fail to use concession tickets as specified in regulations will be required to pay the difference of the full fare for the entire journey on that route.
(2) Make-up fare: Passengers who board the wrong bus are still required to pay the fare for the actual section traveled on.
(3)Passengers who purchase combo tickets are entitled to reserved seats and the discounts provided by businesses along the route, while those who pay based on mileage are not eligible for reserved seats or business discounts.

1. Concession tickets for elderly and disabled individuals as well as children:
(1) Elderly individuals who are aged 65 or above and hold a national identification card or senior citizen card.
(2) People with disabilities holding disability identification and one necessary accompanying caretaker.
(3) Child tickets:
a. Free: For passengers with a height below 115 cm or above 115 cm but aged below 6 years of age upon presenting valid identification documents.
b. Concession  tickets: For passengers whose height is over 115 cm and less than 150 cm, or for passengers whose height is over 150 cm and less than 12 years old, upon presenting valid identification documents.
c. Children taking the bus free of charge must be accompanied by a  adult passenger. Each adult passenger is allowed to accompany up to two children taking the bus free of charge. If the number of children exceeds this limit, a concession  ticket must be purchased for the additional children.
2. Regulations for concession tickets for foreign seniors: Foreign passengers aged 65 or above who hold a valid identification document as proof of their age.

其他注意事項

I. Route Information:
Operating from Tuesday to Sunday (with stops at Hualien Bus Station, Chinxiu Temple, Liyu Lake (After getting off at Liyu Lake  Visitor Center, passengers are required to walk to South Liyu Lake Recreation Area to board the bus), Hualien Sugar Factory,Yunshanshui , Hualien Bus Station).
II. Bus Stop Information:
(1)Single bus stop (two-way): Hualien Bus Station, Chinxiu Temple, Hualien Sugar Factory,Yunshanshui  (no separate northbound and southbound stops, passengers should wait at the same bus stop).
(2)Two-way stop: After getting off at Liyu Lake Visitor Center, passengers should walk to South Liyu Lake Recreation Area to board the bus (boarding and alighting are at different stops).
III.The bus company reserves the right to refuse the boarding of passengers who meet any of the following circumstances:
1.Individuals infected with a contagious disease.
2.Young children with no adult guardian to escort them.
3.Passengers who are intoxicated or exhibit signs of mental instability.
4.Carrying prohibited items, dangerous goods, items that are prone to spoilage or damage, unclean items, or items that may cause discomfort to others.
5.Animals that are not suitable for transportation on board with passengers. Service dogs guiding and accompanying individuals with visual, hearing, or physical disabilities are allowed on board. Similarly, professional trainers who are accompanied by service dog puppies during training sessions are also exempt from this restriction.
IV.Passenger travel regulations:
1.Please hold the handrail firmly, refrain from moving around constantly, avoid standing close to the doors, and keep your head and hands inside the bus. When approaching your destination, please remember to press the bell in advance to signal your intention to get off the bus.
2.Please refrain from occupying designated seats for the elderly, disabled, women, and children without due cause.
3.No smoking on board.
4.In case of an emergency, please follow the instructions and guidance of the driver and use the safety devices as directed.
V.Bus Operation Regulations:
The bus follows the designated route map (including stops) and operates according to the specified schedule as indicated on bus stops. The bus will adhere to the designated route, make scheduled stops, and depart on time. In case of situations such as large events, temporary traffic control zones that impede passage, mechanical failures, inclement weather changes affecting operations, or other unavoidable circumstances, adjustments or changes to the bus route may be made. These changes will be promptly announced at the bus stops or through mass media channels to inform passengers about any changes to regular bus operations.
VI.Carriage of luggage and accident claims:
1.Passengers may carry their personal luggage and small items that can be placed under the seat or in the overhead compartment without obstructing other passengers. They are responsible for taking care of their belongings throughout the journey.
2.The Company shall bear liability for compensation in the event of accidents that result in passenger injury, death, or damage/loss of property. The amount of compensation shall be determined in accordance with the regulations of the "Compensation Amount and Medical Subsidy Payment for Road Traffic Accidents in the Motor Transport Industry."
If a passenger suffers damages in excess of the preceding compensation regulations, said person may still seek compensation in accordance with Civil Code and other laws.
If the accident as described in the preceding is substantiated to be caused by force majeure or by the passenger's intentional or negligent act, the Company shall not be liable for damages.
VII.In the event that the bus is unable to transport passengers:
If the bus is unable to transport passengers during the journey due to reasons not attributable to the passengers (such as road obstruction, traffic accidents, vehicle malfunctions, etc.), the Company shall arrange for the passengers to transfer to the next available bus or another route free of charge.
VIII.If a passenger damages any of the Company's vehicles or facilities at the bus station, the passenger at fault shall be held liable for damages in accordance with the law.
IX.The customer service hotline is clearly marked on all our buses, and passenger feedback and suggestion boxes are available at the bus stations (stops) and on board the buses to facilitate response to passenger complaints or provide service improvement suggestions.
X.In the event that the Company's service failure causes damage to the rights and interests of the passengers, the passengers may seek for a fair and reasonable resolution by filing a complaint with the competent authorities, consumer protection agencies, and organizations, in addition to the Company's investigation and improvement.
