1. Purchase through the "Taiwan Tourist Shuttle @ Matsu Islands" online booking website. Reservations open 60 days before departure, and online ticket purchases are available until 12:00 PM on the day before travel. Payment is accepted by credit card. Booking website:

2. Purchase on board the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle bus with cash at the regular fare.

3. Walk-up Fare: NT$80 per stop. Please ensure your payment method has sufficient balance. Both boarding and alighting must be tapped. Accepted payment methods include: Electronic fare cards (EasyCard, iPASS), mobile payments (Easy Wallet, LINE Pay).

3. This route is serviced by a cruise-type sightseeing bus. Professional guides provide guided tours onboard and throughout attractions.

4. Passengers who purchase a Regular Fare ticket online for the first route may collect a complimentary 7-day urban bus pass from the tour guide after boarding. During its validity period, the pass allows unlimited rides on the regular public bus routes in Nangan and Beigan, Lienchiang County. Each pass is valid for one person only.

5. A 10% cancellation fee applies to tickets canceled online. Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM on the day before departure; late cancellations are non-refundable. If service is suspended due to weather conditions, please do not cancel the ticket yourself. A full refund will be issued automatically.

6. The Nangan and Beigan routes operate from January to December, while the Dongyin and Juguang routes operate from March to October.
