My partner and I were told that the Northern Coast Route was running a weekend schedule by a bus driver at Yehliu Geopark. An hour later, we boarded a 2pm bus at Geopark - a bus that does not run on the weekday schedule, confirming that today was a weekend schedule - and disembarked at Juming Museum. At the end of our visit at Juming Museum, we were at the bus stop at 4pm, expecting there to be a bus arriving soon. It did not. We called your hotline and received an explanation about there being two bus companies and some miscommunication between them, and that the last bus was not 4pm, as previously told, but was 3pm.
We have now had to pay an extra $250 to get home; our one-day shuttle tickets could not be used.
Please can you inform me how I can be reimbursed the $250 as a result of the error made by your company.
