Dear Sir or Madam,
I am really disappointed in your service this morning. Your bus driver just passed by us with such a high speed that we were not able to identify the bus as 6670 (there are hundreds of busses passing by) and signal him to stop. For a ride that is around 200NTD and only departures once every hour, this is a horrible service.
I hope you will find changes in your system so these incidends will not happen in the future anymore.
